They DO NOT snap onto ceilings at all, even though it really seems like they should, and I don't know if the 'power radiators' actually work, or maybe they don't do what I think they do? Just a major pain in the ass, it's almost better just to use the wires and old conduits even though they can get to looking messy. Had a heck of a time figuring out how to use those new conduits. Then I put a warehouse with a trader stand on the first empty house plot as you come into Sanctuary.
Rebuilt the ridiculous wooden structure that housed the water pump generator and riverside guardpost, making it out of concrete this time. rebuilt and generally dinked around Sanctuary Hills, punctuated by running off to defend one settlement or another.
